Our Founder
Tracy Pou is an award-winning communications executive whose 20-year career is the culmination of corporate leadership, newsroom experience, and entrepreneurial success. She is an accredited business communications professional who has earned national recognition for her ability to transform teams and elevate organizational performance across for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Tracy has been instrumental in designing cultural competency programs and spearheading strategic communications initiatives for some of the nation’s largest health care entities, driving significant impact.
With an academic foundation in broadcast journalism and business management, along with advanced training from the National Multicultural Institute in Washington, D.C., and executive education from the Wharton School of Business, Tracy Evette brings unparalleled insight and real-world knowledge to each client experience.
